No, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants with a completed application. -

We require all pets to go through our pet screening process. Simply complete a pet application, and once approved, you’ll need to pay any applicable pet fees. -
Who is responsible for repair and maintenance costs?
Generally, we handle most repairs unless the issue is caused by tenant negligence. Pest control is covered for the first 30 days; after that, pest control becomes the tenant’s responsibility.
