I’d like to get a pet. What’s the process?

We require all pets to go through our pet screening process. Simply complete a pet application, and once approved, you’ll need to pay any applicable pet fees.
Who is responsible for repair and maintenance costs?

Generally, we handle most repairs unless the issue is caused by tenant negligence. Pest control is covered for the first 30 days; after that, pest control becomes the tenant’s responsibility.
